One clear step.
Every morning.
The assistant for Etsy sellers. Filizly tracks your goal, warns you about key dates 8 weeks early and watches your niche — then hands you one thing to do today. You approve. It measures the result.
Measured, not guessed
Views in the 7 days after the title changed, versus the 7 days before. Every change you approve gets its own before/after — ready around day 9.
Only what you approve is written
Title and description only. Approve stays off until you mark it reviewed — and never from a notification.
Read back from Etsy
If the title on Etsy changed in the meantime, nothing is written and the suggestion reloads.
Undo, any time
The old title goes back to Etsy. The entry stays in your growth journal.
Every suggestion has a reason
Tap “Why?” to see the data behind it, with old and new text side by side, word by word.
The questions you ask yourself at 2am — answered by 9.
A goal you can see moving
Pick one of three goals — 20 orders a month, 2 new products in 3 months, or ready 8 weeks before Mother’s Day. Progress sits on your home screen, one step arrives each morning, and the week’s summary lands Monday at 09:00.
Prep starts 8 weeks early
Mother’s Day, Easter, Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas — each on its own date across 10 buyer markets. One tap puts the prep task in your calendar, with a reminder if you want one.
Your niche, watched daily
Niches you follow are checked every day at 10:00. You hear about it when 3+ new listings appear or the median price moves 15%. “Get an idea” turns it into your own product idea and sketch — original, not a copy.
Suggestions, side by side
Title and description suggestions arrive next to your current text with changed words marked. Accept a description section by section or edit it. Nothing applies until you fill in what only you know — capacity, care, production time.
Straight from your Etsy data. Honest about what it can’t see.
Total of paid orders, order count and average order, with a daily curve. It says plainly: this isn’t net profit.
How many of your last 20 orders went out on the last ship-by day. Last day isn’t late — but it’s a risk in busy weeks.
Views, favorites and orders for the 7 days before and after a change. Favorites 6 → 11, orders 1 → 2.
Progress toward the goal you chose, right on the home screen.
Orders and sales for every past day, product by product on each day card.
How many listings use a tag, plus price, favorites growth, views and age of similar listings. Not search volume — Etsy doesn’t share units sold, and the screen says so.

Desk, phone, browser. Same step.
Approve on your phone on the way to the post office — your desktop won’t ask again.
Nothing to install
Summary, assistant, discover, ideas and calendar in one sidebar — the comfiest way to work at a desk.
Slides in from the edge
Tray icon, one click or shortcut, can start with your computer. macOS later.
Step as a notification
Today’s step at the time you choose. Quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.
Four steps. Then just mornings.
Connect with Etsy
Approve on Etsy’s own screen. Reads products, orders, stats.
Pick your goal

Written to Etsy, before/after around day 9.
Three worries, answered
“Could anything happen to my Etsy account?”
Nothing is written unless you approve it.
Only title and description — never tags, price or images. Your password never reaches us. Remove the connection and your listings stay exactly as they are; delete your data any time, with a list of what goes first.
“How much time does this take?”
One step a day. That’s it.
Other suggestions wait in Assistant. No notifications between 22:00 and 08:00. Niches are checked on our server, so the app doesn’t need to stay open.
“What if the AI gets it wrong?”
You see it first — with its reason, next to the old one.
Approve stays off until you’ve reviewed it. The AI asks for what only you know instead of inventing it. Your data isn’t sold, shown to other sellers or used for ads.
You choose the AI.
Only that step’s title, description and tags go to the AI. Never buyer names, addresses, messages or payments. Switch any time in Settings › AI.
